1. Payment options
We offer you following payment options:

International shipments (exclude war-torn countries)
Unless otherwise specified in the respective product description, we offer you following payment options for international shipments:
a) Prepayment by

b) Purchase on account for corporate clients only

2. Shipment
2.1. Shipping is done by DHL or UPS, Fedex or EMS, airmail.
2.2. Generally we ship worldwide. The respective shipping costs can be gathered from the provided chart. Should you require shipment to a different country, please send us an e-mail with the item and quantity, the shipping address including the country and corresponding ZIP code. We will answer shortly whether we are able to ship there and specify the shipping costs after checking shipping possibility with our logistics partner.

4. Delivery time

Your order will be handled within 48 hours. If you ordered is out of  our stock, we will delivery the parcel with one week. During the peak season, we will deliver all of parcels according to customer's payment order.
